Like it or not, as animal predators/prey, we are instinctively oriented to an “us” versus “them” evaluation of the participants in our lives. Our’s is an animal’s life. Though we do not (like to) think of ourselves as animals, we are. We are predators and prey, and we are in the wild. So who then are “we” and who then are “they?”
The answer to this depends on who is asking the question. Since I am asking the question on behalf of myself, an American, I will answer it accordingly. Which of these you happen to be is for you to decide. I predict you are “us” and not “them.”
In sound bite form: “We Americans, people who care most about living our lives, are at war with progressives, et al, who care most about ruling our world.”
Huh. That about sums it up. My efforts, my campaign, my service to my country, my Americanism is about creating a society of people who are about living their lives. Progressives, et al, are about people who want to rule our world. Which of these are you?
The choice is yours.
