Platform

These positions are based on my experience and understanding.  The United States Senate is a federal office, so I list federal policies.  If I’ve missed something, let me know. I’ve opened this page up for comments. When reading what people say about issues, what they do not say is more telling than what they do say. Remember that as you evaluate our propaganda. (Yes, political advocacy is propaganda, including mine. It means “be careful!”)

I am about nation building, specifically, about building America into the nation it is meant to be, not what it has been so far. This happens one American at a time.

Truth is provocative to fiction. Whatever power comes from what I say, is in proportion to how wrong you might be. I am open to being wrong, and ask the same of you. Learning requires this, and simple competence requires learning. To be wrong is to become right. Most of reality is beyond our ability to see and understand anyway, which is what scares most people into their own fragile cults of fiction. I am speaking from my own experience. The only mistakes we really make are our failures to learn.

Of note. It has come to my attention that some people reading my “platform” will not get any of the humor in it. “Platforms” are mostly useless anyway, because experience and understanding have shown them to be nothing more that a check list of saying what people want to hear, and mostly (entirely?) irrelevant to what elected candidates end up doing in office.

In case it is not apparent, yet, I am not business as usual. The best way to receive information is as information, not with the prejudice of it being good or bad. That’s “Analyst 101.” If you want the sanity of getting a different result by doing the same thing, then stay with “business as usual.” If you want the insanity of getting a different result by doing a different thing, then pick me, because I and this campaign are not business as usual. After all, competence, especially simple competence, is very rude to willful incompetence (evil). Truth is rude to weakness. Reality is rude to fiction. Progressivism is antithetical to Americanism, as I present it. As Americans, we are rude to progressives.

Mostly in ordinal order:

Abortion (I am serious about each of these, there’s no humor in abortion)

Abortion is the first issue.

Abortion is the murder of the most innocent, by those who ought to best protect them.

Abortion is the ultimate corruption of society.

Abortion corrupts feminism, medical practice, law enforcement, but not legal practice, because legal practice is already evil.

Abortion is the worst crime possible.

Abortion is worse than slavery, war, the holocaust, the purges by communist governments, civil wars, Islamic terror and everything else too. Worse than school shootings? Yes, abortion is worse than that too.

Present day society is the worst society in the history of humanity, due to the pervasiveness of abortion, of which we are participants.

Men have no legal protection nor rights to their own children, therefore they have no obligation whatsoever to pay for their children.

Men need to cut off all support for their children until our lawful rights to our children are legally recognized and legally protected.

This murderous division and execution of society is encouraged by the practice of legalities, party government, courts, law enforcement and taxes.

We are already a failed nation.

Gun Control

We need a law that citizens must have a sand dollar grouping at 100 yards with rifle.

We need a law that citizens must have a sand dollar grouping at 25 yards with pistol.

Governments do not have rights. The right of government employees to keep and bare arms arises from the citizens’ right to keep and bare arms. Governments do not have rights.

The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to kill the government when it goes too far.

The only thing that stops a malevolent shooter is a benevolent shooter.

When a person is not responsible enough to keep and bear arms, then contain the person, not their weapons. If you are going to violate their constitutional rights, don’t let them speak any more, either. I mean, why not?

The mental health industry is political, not medical, it is evil (willfully incompetent) and politically active in the oppression and exploitation of Americans.

The government wants to keep you as food for their masters, the aristocracy, but they cannot fully do that while you are armed and “dangerous.”

Governments do not have rights, only we do, the citizens of America. In case you missed that the first two times.

Speech Control

People who live by words die by words, when truth is spoken. Deeds are real, not words.

Political Correctness exists to protect evil, also known as willful incompetence. Its ardents are bad people or fools and often both.

Political correctness is only as strong as your inability to learn.

Nothing in language is real. Deeds are real. Respect the results of action, dismiss talk. Saying is the death of doing.

People live fictitious lives until and unless, they find their way to spiritual living. They live in fear of disillusionment.

It is not prejudice to recognize as bad, people who have hurt you before.

The media are the barking spiders of aristocracy. Worse than not knowing is being misinformed.

Media workers are beholden to their endorsements. So are politicians. I am no exception, except that I do this as a cause, not a business.

Communication distribution must remain free and open. There is no role for government in the regulation of communications, except to keep it free and open.

Electoral Process

To vote for a party candidate is not only a waste of your vote, but a waste of the whole election.

Elections are supposed to provide civilian control over government management, but they do not.

The election process has long been corrupt, ensuring only unlawful party controlled candidates stand for election and when elected, serve as party operatives.

These governments are not our governments.

We need to eliminate all party distinctions in elected politics, the campaigning, the governing.

Lawyers are government employees, thus not able to run for office.

What is a lawyer without government? The same as the rest of us.

Only civilians, as in non-office holders, are eligible to run for office. No consecutive terms.

Government Debt

There is no deficit spending; there is only deficit taxing.

Through deficit taxing, the old steal the future from the young. Aristocracy steals from all of us.

Governments are criminal organizations, politically organized for the purpose of playing God, in service to the aristocracy.

This government is in debt to waste money, to the betterment of the aristocracy.

Debt is slavery if accepted.

Immigration

The strongest pre-requisite for citizenship is Americanism, as defined in my book: “Americanism. The Life Guiding Principles of Freedom.” Update: see/click>> Americanism.

Most people in America, regardless of legal status, are not Americans.

Americanism itself is not limited to borders nor legal statuses. Americanism wages peace on the world, and the world is better for it.

When America becomes Americanized, incompetents will go elsewhere (good), or embrace simple competence and become Americans (better).

National Security

Abortion already kills more Americans than all other political causes of death—combined; we are a failed nation.

Standard legal practice in America is subversive to and exploitative of competent America, by incompetent America, to the ruin of civility and national unity.

Media and media products are subversive to competent America, in service to incompetent America.

More American troops die from suicide than combat, because they enlisted to serve America, but later realized they are being used against competent America, in service to incompetent America, for the profits of the aristocracy.

To all disillusioned Americans, find happiness in yourself, about yourself, with gratitude to God. Find revenge in supporting this campaign and our efforts to birth America.

Nuclear weapons are real, devastating, and targeted on us. Mutual assured destruction (MAD) will not protect us from those who want to die anyway.

Humanity is part of nature, and this is the wild. We are still preyed upon by our fellow beings. The only morality of power is dominance.

Administrative Law

Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. —per wikipedia.

Administrative law is policy created by the President and his delegates (executive branch), in pursuit of meeting legislative (congressional branch) directives.

Congress will create an agency, but the day to day operations are implemented by the Executive Branch (the President), not the Legislative Branch (Congress).

Administrative law is the premise by which the government tells you what you must not do, what you can do, and what you must do—to meet their demands.

Administrative law is “deep state” rule, where the bureaucracy systematically mangles policy in favor of their agenda, and the agenda of whom they support (aristocracy).

Administrative law is used to support fiction cults, necessary because what is not real—is not real. Only by force can the pretense of a fiction cult maintain its delusion.

Administrative law is largely unaccountable to anyone, shy of an act of congress. Yet agency by agency, they dictate to you what to do.

Administrative law is neither law, nor in many cases—legal. American Jurisprudence will recognize the universal jurisdiction of civilian rights, and rule on all government policies, regardless of origin. Governments do not have rights, only citizens. (The development of American Jurisprudence is on my list of things to do.)

Law and Enforcement

There is no law that isn’t enforced; there is no enforcement that isn’t law, regardless of what is said in a book. Deeds are real,
words are not.

Governments do not make law, they make political legal policies. It is wrong to call them laws, because they are not laws, just political legal proclamations.

The first two qualities of a law are: they are self-enforcing; they are immutable. God made laws, people make policies, politically, in service to aristocracy unless they are intentionally coded to serve simple competence.

The legal system, and its soldatos, “law” enforcement, have presided over all sorts of social atrocities, the worst of which is today’s protection of the serial murder of abortion.

This is due to the political structure of contemporary “law” enforcement. As currently practiced, the police are a political force, not a justice force.

American Jurisprudence will organize the police around the health and well being of the people, not the politics of government. In fact, they will police government on behalf of the people, enforcing true due process.

Legal practitioners, also known as lawyers, will be nationalized, socialized, and reside somewhere between social workers and school teachers.

That, or we will remove the lawyer erected barriers to legal services, that prevent market forces from effecting what amounts to the services of a help desk.

For all its wasteful pageantry, legal disputes are resolved in conversation, we do not need “court.”

Enact a corporate death penalty.

Racial Politics

There is no respect for race in Americanism nor in the life guiding principles of freedom. The idea is nonsensical to simple competence, though useful to willful incompetence, which is evil.

If you are hot for reparations for slavery, being born in America is your reparation. Africa sucks, as does Europe. And you were never a slave. If you are in America, be grateful.

If you are a dumb ass, it is because you are a dumb ass, not because of race, yours or mine.

Americans are the cause of their own miseries, not anyone’s race as Americans. Regardless of race, you are the cause of your own miseries, no one else.

Simple competence presents your status as a good American, not your race. Racism is evil, aka willfully incompetent.

Experience is different from pre-judment. It isn’t prejudice when you distrust the type of person who has hurt you before.

Gender Politics

Abortion is the murder of the most innocent, by those who ought to best protect them.

Men and women are not equal, because we are not the same. Long live the difference!

Gender is not a choice. There are no transgenders, only crazy people who’ve mangled themselves.

Marriage is a woman and man united in the procreation of daughters and sons.

Since men have no legal rights to their children, they are not liable for a woman’s children.

Eliminate all tax free status.

Equal protection of the law means everyone is equally liable for the payment of government levied taxes. No exceptions.

If everyone had to pay taxes, everyone would care about the taxes they had to pay.

If everyone had to pay taxes, everyone would care about their taxes being squandered to the betterment of the aristocracy.

Most charities are codependent on the incompetence of their beneficiaries.

Simple competence is the productive answer to social need, not tax free organizations that thrive on evil, also known as willful incompetence.

Man Induced Climate Change

Carbon offsets aren’t just another legal scheme to steal money from producers, carbon offsets are high art thievery fiction.

Pass a law that proclaims all temperature is to be 70° during the day, and 62° at night, because passing laws fixes things.

Due to Man Induced Climate Change, you must give the government your money and do what they say, even more than before.

Progressives, who deny that abortion murders children, are complaining about Americans, who deny the money and power grab con called “anthropomorphic climate change.” Wow.

Progressives use “consensus” as if it makes something true or false. Consensus is the absence of dissent, not the presence of reality. Consensus is necessary to the delusion of fiction culture; delusion cannot survive the recognition of reality.

Political Correctness is only as strong as your inability, or unwillingness, to learn.

This list is a bit rough, but rather than not having one, I put this here. It is subject to change in every which a way. Though I’ve been purposeful in expressing my experience and understanding on these things.

There are lots of other things too. This page is open for comments, and I’d love to hear what your top issues are, and why. Unless you are pro-abortion. If you are pro-abortion, don’t bother. Come back when you can at least acknowledge that abortion is the murder of the most innocent, by those who ought to best protect them. Abortion is not the only issue, but it is the first issue. You cannot abort something that is not there.
